TRAVEL INFORMATION

To travel between International Tunis-Carthage airport and the hotel Abounawas-Hammamet, it is recommended to :

1. Take a yellow taxi to the Hammamet louage or the bus station located in the place of BAB ALIOUA at the centre city of Tunis.
It is not recommended to take yellow taxis to go directly to Hammamet because they are
very expensive. Besides, they are not allowed for long distance travel.

2. Take a louage (shared car connecting cities) or bus (1 travel per hour) to go to Hammamet. The quickest way is to take a louage.

3. Take a yellow taxi from Hammamet station to go the hotel Abounawas-Hammamet

• Taxi from Tunis-Carthage Airport to BAB ALIOUA station: ~ 4 Dinars ( ~2.5 Euros )
• Louage from Tunis to Hammamet: ~ 8 Dinars (~ 5 Euros) per person.
• Bus from Tunis to Hammamet: ~ 4 Dinars (~2.5 Euros) per person.
• Taxi from Hammamet station to The Hotel Abounawas: ~ 4 Dinars ( ~2.5 Euros )

CLIMATE IN TUNISIA

Each season is dominated by mildness of a moderated climate.
The period of March is as bucolic and luxuriant as all one could wish for.
